Today 118.2 Total 5271.8
Today was the most average day I have experienced, no wind, gentle rolling hills, modrate traffic, high overcast. It was so unremarkable it was remarkable.
I would just like to thank all the people that have been sending warm wishes and keeping up on my blog. It is very humbling and motivating to know so many people are sharing this journey with me.
Thank You.

I can't believe it. I read about your struggles,I know how steep the hills have been and I am still jealous.Congadulations you have conquered the most difficult part of the trip.Doesn't Manitoba suck! It makes you appreciate the wide shoulders and good roads out west. With the nights getting colder the fall colours will get more beautiful, the best is yet to come.By this time next year you will only remember the highlights, and your butt will forget how sore it really was.(fig newtons, red liqourice, werther's candy, gatoraide, power bars, coke classic)are some of the good healthy foods that keep you strong.Keep up the good work.
You are having an adventure of lifetime, I am so glad I have the chance to keep up with you through your blog.
